Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Senior Shopper Insights Analyst to join our team located at our office in Bentonville, AR.

Your Role:

As a Senior Shopper Insights Analyst, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams and will be responsible for driving the development and execution of shopper insight strategies across all store formats. This individual will to stay abreast of industry trends, economic conditions, customer initiatives, competitive activities, and historical learning in order to identify business influencing trends and implications for our categories. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Establish strong working relationships with internal resources including Sales teams, Shopper Marketing, Shopper and Category Insights teams, to better understand shopper trends and behaviors as well as retail buying teams.

  • Support Sales and Category Management teams on special category/shopper insights projects.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, economic conditions, customer initiatives, competitive activities, and historical learning in order to identify business influencing trends and implications for our categories.

  • Provide feedback, through system analysis and business requirements gathering, to identify opportunities and recommend enhancements for improving data processing, data integrity for the current set of data retrieval tools.

  • Facilitate the automation of reporting within the current set of data retrieval tools (to include IRI, Numerator, Mintel, etc.) for the Walmart and Sam's sales teams.

  • Help accelerate the development of a high-performance team

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

  • 4+ years of related professional Shopper Insights, Consumer Insights, Category Management experience

  • Proficiency in syndicated data such as Nielsen, Symphony, and IRI

  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer programs

Icing on the cake:

  • Prior project management experience

  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
