Senior SharePoint Engineer

The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is currently seeking a Sr SharePoint Engineer. The Sr SharePoint Engineer will have responsibility for the security, configuration, maintenance, and development and expansion of company SharePoint Sites. This person will work with IT and internal clients to create and implement systems needed for the business for collaboration, document management and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications to automate and streamline business processes.

• Create and configure SharePoint site collections, lists, libraires, workflows, and web parts as required to support business processes.

• Deploy SharePoint functionality and assist users in utilizing SharePoint.

• Develop custom forms and templates using SharePoint Designer.

• Integrate SharePoint with other business applications, such as CRM or ERP systems.

• Provide technical support for SharePoint users.

• Monitoring SharePoint performance and troubleshooting issues.

• Collaborating with other engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Manage the overall SharePoint Online tenant.

• Policy recommendations and enforcement for securing SharePoint sites and files.

• Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance during normal business hours, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.

• Ability to meet the physical demands for this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience and knowledge in SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server administration, design, and architecture.

• Experience in developing and utilizing SharePoint components including web parts, templates, forms, content management, business intelligence, and workflows.

• Must have developed SharePoint solutions using form tools such as InfoPath, Skybow Modern Forms, or equivalent.

• Must have experience creating workflows using tools such as SharePoint Designer, Power Automate workflows, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle.

• Familiarity of jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, CAML and ODATA queries
