Your Mission: As our Lead SharePoint and Power Platform Developer based in Hyderabad, India and reporting to the Solution Architect, your role will focus delivering end-to-end SharePoint solutions with primary focus on Power Platforms in close collaboration with respective IT functional analysts, process owners and business users. This position is responsible for development & design, testing, support, maintenance, monitoring and improving the lifecycle pertaining to the assigned enterprise IT domains.

The role will be part of our enterprise systems talent in helping our business organization growth to achieve the goal of sustainable green future through innovation in making our business operations run smarter and more efficiently.

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

• Extrapolate business / functional requirements (new / Change / root cause fix) into end-to- end system capability needs.

• Responsible for SharePoint apps technical support in a 24 X 5 environment with on call support for P1 & P2 incidents and scheduled outages during weekends / holidays.

• This role is expected to analyze and detect critical deficiencies in technical architecture and recommend improvements.

• Responsible for all project activities related to SharePoint applications technical and Integrations with other enterprise systems.

• Ensure solution design, development quality, documentation and deployment test criteria agreed with critical stakeholders.

Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a Difference

Essential for your Success:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration.

• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Power Platform, SPFx,

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality, performance, and security.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build productive cross-departmental relationships. Must have a positive, can-do attitude and value collaboration.

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, customizing, and building enterprise-level SharePoint online applications.

• Technical skill for SPFx and Power Platform.

• Strong proficiency in SharePoint development in Power Platform, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell scripting.

• Code customization experience using C#/ASP.NET

• Experience in developing process flows, architecture diagrams and data modeling.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

It would be Nice if You Have:

• ITIL/ITSM/PMP certification
