ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (mandatory). Certified Implementor and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications (strongly preferred). Proficiency in ServiceNow modules: ITOM, ITSM, PPM, HAM SAM, CMDB, CSDM. Experience with JavaScript, MID server management, SSO configurations, and asset discovery.
