Senior Servicenow Developer

Position Summary

As an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design robust, simple and intuitive ServiceNow solutions to meet organizational needs
• Develop, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
• Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform largely supporting the ITSM module
• Implement advanced functionality like custom scripting, UI/UX customizations, and integrations with external systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow environment
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to junior developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and project managers
• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes for knowledge transfer
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices

The Team

The US Technology Services Optimization Offering works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation utilizing ServiceNow. Working with CIO's, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, PPM) and their teams to establish an operating model for technology based on the implications of NextGen and advances technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or administrator
• Expertise in developing custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Jelly, and ServiceNow Scripting
• Proficient in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules like ITSM
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment
• Experienced working in a fast-paced, multi-level, project-based environment with an emphasis on timelines is an asset
• Must be able to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

• Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,000 to $155,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
