Job description:·Optimize and maintain the proper functioning of our storage and backups;
·Identify and prioritize operations according to technological, security and business criticality;
·Write change requests (documentation, test grids, implementation procedures, rollback procedures, time and cost estimates for operations) and present them to the approval committee;
·Carry out the necessary interventions for change and evolution of the technological park;
·Support network analysts and technicians (distributed across several physical sites) in the implementation of solutions and act as a resource person for them;
·Help resolve problems and define the necessary corrective action plans with the different trades involved;
·Participate in the replacement of the backup solution;
·Participate in upgrading physical and virtual infrastructure,
