This is a great opportunity to join a growing SEO & Linguistics team at a cutting edge, digitally focused agency. As a Senior SEO Analyst, you will be working closely with the client and account teams to manage SEO programs and drive organic growth to our clients owned digital properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using platforms such as but not limited to BrightEdge, Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and other applicable tools. This analysis can include the following:
    • Conduct keyword research
    • Provide on-page optimization recommendations
    • Conduct linking and technical website audits
    • Reporting on keyword performancePresent findings and key insights to clients
  • Provide SEO focused analytical support to the creation of editorial content as well as content strategy
  • Educate internal team members and key stakeholders/partners on SEO best practices, latest trends and additional use cases.
    • Consult internally on all matters affecting SEO
    • Contribute to industry research and POVs as needed
    • Stay up-to-date on search news and trends

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of SEO experience with a track record of driving performance
  • High proficiency working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work on multiple assignments at once
  • Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a mindset of life long learning
  • Motivated, self-starter

Tools:

  • SEO Solutions/Management Software (Conductor, BrightEdge, MOZ, Screaming Frog, or comparable)
  • Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Google Adwords
  • Google Search Console
  • SEMrush
  • Data Visualization (Tableau, Domo, Microsoft Power BI)

That said, our work falls into the following overall categories.</p> <p><strong>Day to Day Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as 360⁰ data analyst across a multitude of functions including but not limited to: business analysis, data extractions, data hygiene and harmonization, data analysis, report/dashboard design/creation and data &ldquo;story telling&rdquo;</li> <li>Gather data requirements and create reports/dashboards for business intelligence initiatives</li> <li>Construct and execute ad hoc queries &amp; analyses</li> <li>Research data discrepancies and harmonize data</li> <li>Report cross-channel campaign performance and develop insights at segment level</li> <li>Develop benchmark and provide optimization recommendation</li> <li>Interface with agency and client stakeholders to drive implementation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal Qualities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Highly accountable self-starter with the ability to work well within a group, as well as independently</li> <li>Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li> <li>Confident, energetic and detail-oriented with good follow-though</li> <li>Strong problem solving and analytical abilities</li> <li>Willingness to learn new approaches</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills/Experience: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering or a quantitative degree in another social science</li> <li>0-2 years of experience in an analytical role (i.e. data science, business analysis, web analytics, etc.)</li> <li>General knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
