We are currently seeking a Senior Security Investigator to join our Security & Resiliency team, based in Austin, Texas or Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced investigator with complex criminal and/or compliance investigative experience, possess exceptional interview skills, have extensive experience documenting complex investigations and presenting the results at an executive level. The ideal candidate will have experience operating in multi-agency or diverse corporate environments which require collaborative work habits. The ideal candidate will have successful experience leading groups of investigators to the successful conclusion of complex investigations and be able to articulate this success. Exceptional leadership skills and relationship building are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigation of a wide range of security and ethics violations to include complex fraud, insider threat, and incidents of potential violence

  • Interview of witnesses

  • Preparation of final investigative documentation

  • Prepare presentations based on investigative results in order to enable decision makers

Essential Requirements

  • 15+ years of investigative experience in a government or corporate setting OR Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years investigative experience in a government or corporate setting

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional writing ability

  • Working knowledge of technical tools as they pertain to insider threat and complex fraud investigations

  • Experience leading small investigative teams in complex investigations
