Senior Security Analyst

We are looking for a CCTV Security Monitorist specialist / Auditor, with min 2-year experience managing a Command Center, electronic security such as Access Controls, detecting IT flags, software threat detection systems, preventing data theft and proactively providing security feedback on the sites across the countries we have presence.

Requirements

Duties and Responsabilities:

• Operating and monitoring all surveillance security systems/cameras within the Security Operation Center (S.O.C.), in an efficient manner and in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation and best practice.
• Recording all events, incidents and actions taken in a clear, legible, and accurate written format.
• To maintain a secure system for providing data in accordance with the regulations and to ensure the security of the control room and equipment is always maintained and to report equipment failure to the Director of Criminal Investigation.
• Liaising with the security agencies and members of staff to ensure the appropriate use of the CCTV system and to include all evidential records and witness statements to a standard acceptable to the rules of evidence.
• Audit, verify and determine processes in Latin American & Caribbean Offshore offices validating exceptions in time & attendance, web history, employee’s mailbox compliance, recorded audios, CCTV analysis, software threat behavior alerts & HR policies compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• On-Site Monday- Friday
• Ability to identify small, apparently unnoticeable details that most people would ordinarily overlook.
• 1-3 years of experience in the same/similar role
• Background in CCTV Monitoring is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required (Spanish / English)
• VMS / CCTV Monitoring Software experience is desired.
• Private / commercial security experience / background is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and to multitask.
• IT & networking knowledge is desired.
• Video management / editing is desired.
