Large enterprise company located in Phoenix, is looking to hire a Senior Security Analyst to join the team. You will be required to ensure the companies Cyber Security program is up and running and meeting compliance standards. You will be working on multiple projects including, reviewing and performing risk assessments, inputting security control assessments, system monitoring, system hardening, using SIEM to investigate and search, and working with PCI compliance and NIST frameworks. This position is perfect for someone with a strong security background looking to work with new security tools.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 6+ years working in Information Security

  • Strong SIEM (Splunk, Logrhythm, QRadar, FireEye, etc.)

  • Risk/Vulnerability Assessments (Nessus, Qualys)

  • PCI

  • NIST Framework

  • System Hardening

  • Incident Response

  • IPS/IDS

  • Strong communication

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • CISSP

Job Title: -- Senior Information Security Analyst Job Summary: -- The Senior Information Security Analyst is responsible for supporting the maintenance of EMCOR's Security Program, protecting EMCOR's information assets and technologies. This includes enhancing the information security management framework, supporting the vendor risk management process, and monitoring and investigating external threats. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -- * At management direction, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security management system to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information is owned, controlled or processed by the organization * Monitor the external threat environment for emerging threats, and advise relevant stakeholders on the appropriate courses of action * Monitor and evaluate logs from internal systems for security issues * Investigate and resolve security issues across EMCOR * Manage, upgrade, and maintain servers and applications for information security tools * Work with operating companies to investigate incidents and alerts in the Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) system * Track, manage and follow-up on existing security issues * Participate in security exercises * Work with the security department to continually improve the security program * Perform periodic reviews of operating company security processes * Monitor and manage devices and processes for compliance in the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) * Special projects as assigned Qualifications: -- * Minimum of six years experience in information technology and information security management, specifically server infrastructure and Active Directory * Minimum of six years experience working with Security Information and Event Management systems or other security tools * CISSP or GSEC certification or higher education is preferable * Ability to effectively communicate and interact with personnel at all levels * Strong project management skills * Must be capable of delivering a very high level of customer service Accountability and Measurement * Support and maintain EMCOR's Security Program We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
