A global organization in Chester County is rapidly growing and looking to hire multiple Scrum Masters to join various teams within the organization. They are looking for someone who has extensive experience working in Scrum environments.This person must be comfortable working with multiple teams and doing both projects and service work. They need people with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies. The selected candidate will be working with both Scrum and Kanban. They need someone who can do the entire spring planning process, including meetings and retrospects. They also are looking for someone with strong experience with release planning and backlog management.
Since there are multiple positions available, they are looking for people focused in different areas, but all with Scrum and Agile expertise. Experience with JIRA or Rally is strongly preferred. All these teams are working with developers, product owners, and additional internal employees. If you want to join a growing organization and are up for a new challenge this is a great role for you.
Required Skills & Experience

2+ Years Experience as a Scrum Master
Experience working in an Agile EnvironmentVERsion, One, Rally, or JIRA
Agile Traning- Releases Planning, User Stories, Blacklog Management, JAD sessions, Continuouts Integration, Automated Testing
Experience with Backlog Management
Strong Scrum & Kanban experience
Product Engineering Experience
Test Data Management Exposure
Experience facilitating sprint planning sessions & complete spring commitment reports
Desired Skills & Experience

Certifications-PMP, CSM, or PSM
Excellent Communication Skills
Retail Background or Experience
Experience in a Global Environment
The ability to Drive & Self Organize

VIEW JOBS 11/14/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-12T00:00 The Design and Construction team in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management is looking to fill the position of Senior Designer, reporting to the Design Lead. The role includes developing and maintaining Design Guidelines for projects around the globe, working with internal clients and outside design professionals in the fields of architecture, interior design, and the related engineering disciplines. The design roles primarily focus on project planning and initiation preparing for handoff to construction project managers for the later phases of the work. An ideal candidate will have strong conceptual thinking, intellectual curiosity, and analytical skills. Candidates should be comfortable working both independently and within a team, and able to draft and deliver clear communications for various levels of management. Highly preferred are individuals who have had experience at a design firm handling document production, design presentations, proposal writing, and construction phase services. Professional licensure or certification (architecture, interior design) are a plus, along with an understanding of building codes and construction cost analysis. Design and Construction is part of CREFM which provides high quality workspaces around the globe to support Vanguard's core mission. To provide senior level leadership of complex enterprise-wide projects, or departmental project portfolios. Duties and Responsibilities: Defines strategic direction, establishes business needs and priorities, and draws on business acumen to scope, size, and resource program/project initiatives. * Works closely with management team to develop and implement staffing and operational plans. Participates in the development of short and long term goals for the department. * Influences and negotiates with key client decision-makers. Effectively communicates issues and provides corrective strategies/recommendations as well as the likely business impact of those recommendations. * Actively supports the program governance process. Communicates effectively with senior leadership to provide visibility into project status, issues, and matters requiring strategic support/direction. * Oversees forecasting, business planning, and financial/budgetary reporting. Provides financial leadership to internal clients to ensure business planning and budgeting requirements support changing business' project objectives and goals. * Oversees business project planning and methodology, with a focus to continuously improve the business' project management capabilities. * Leads large, matrixed project teams and interfaces with cross functional or cross divisional team members. Provides direction and motivation to project teams and is accountable for effective execution and quality project management. * Develops strategic reporting of both financial and project performance insight data to inform Executive leadership of direction/progress. Focuses on continuous improvements to strategic reporting. Leads crew in designing and managing the project reporting process. * Creates a positive environment while effectively challenging the status quo, championing key business initiatives and gaining senior manager support. * Participates in special project and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * An undergraduate degree required. Master's degree preferred. * Five to eight years general experience inclusive of five years industry and project management experience. Financial services industry experience preferred. * Excellent leadership, judgment, and influencing skills. * Demonstrated ability to manage large, diverse projects and project teams. Ability to work across multiple functions, divisions and senior-level leaders. * Ability to work well under deadline pressure. Proven ability to prioritize work and to complete complex tasks which have conflicting deadlines and multiple stakeholders. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong executive presence with proven experience in stakeholder management and change management. * Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills. Strong Excel analytical skills preferred. .
