Senior Scrum Master - Remote

Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Scrum Master to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and optimizing our Agile processes, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality products.

The Senior Scrum Master will guide and coach multiple Scrum teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and delivering value to our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure ceremonies are productive and focused on achieving sprint goals. Product Support: Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization.

Ensure the team understands the product vision, roadmap, and requirements. Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to team members.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices. Remove Impediments: Identify and address blockers that hinder team progress.

Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders. Monitor and Report: Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics and tools.

Provide regular updates to management on team performance and project status. Promote Agile Practices: Advocate for Agile methodologies and principles across the organization.

Continuous Improvement: Encourage and implement process improvements. Foster a learning environment where team members are empowered to innovate and experiment.

Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience: 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple Scrum teams. Experience in software development or IT project management. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) are a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Azure DevOps. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
