We are currently seeking a senior level SCCM Systems Engineer to join our team supporting AMC at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. This position requires that the candidate have an active Secret Security Clearance to be considered.

Job Description:

  • Remote management, monitoring, and visibility to assets throughout the customer's environment utilize tools such as, but not limited to, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), WSUS, and ACAS to provide desktop, laptop, and server asset inventory, remote control capabilities, and software and patch deployment.

  • Creation and deployment of customized packages to meet operational requirements and remediate security vulnerabilities.

  • Customized reporting capability to provide enhanced insight into the operational environment.

  • Proactive monitoring and alert notifications of mission critical assets; provide infrastructure management and monitoring capabilities to include the server, network (wired and wireless), and virtualization environments.

  • Design, implement, and support other enterprise level applications to include, but not limited to, net-centric mass-notification systems, enterprise log collection, and asset portfolio management.

  • Support, maintain, and upgrade the operating systems, patching packages, and hardware upgrades.

  • Build automation into daily processes, including server builds, patching, and configuration analysis.

  • Manages all tasks related to Enterprise Management products, and other Information Assurance (IA) compliance and remediation tools.


Education and Experience:

Bachelors and five (9) years or more experience; Masters and three (9) years or more experience

Job Requirements:

  • DoD Experience

  • Interim or Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM including OSD, Reporting, Compliance Management Components

  • Strong Working knowledge of AD, GPO, Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems; able to edit registry and system configurations through automated solutions

  • CompTIA Security+ Certification

  • Microsoft SCCM Certification (desired)

  • Excellent working knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools such as ACAS, WSUS, etc.

  • Demonstrable experience providing unique, customized scripting solutions/utilizing languages such as VBscript, AutoIt, Powershell, etc.

  • Develop SCCM packages from the ground up

  • Automate package remediation

Dynetics is currently looking for a candidate who can professionally represent the company in a government laboratory on Redstone Arsenal that will be responsible for implementing and evaluating human factors usability studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, implementation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operation of fixed and mobile lab assets that will be utilized to capture and quantify data used to assess the usability of a variety of products and systems. The Systems Administrator will ensure that the lab facilities, hardware, and software are up to date and operating properly, and will coordinate with contractor and government personnel and Army Mission Support as needed to address potential issues and resolve problems. IND3 Basic Qualifications Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline with at least 2 years of applicable experience OR have at least 8 years of applicable experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree. The successful candidate should have an extensive background in computer networking, IT systems configuration, network management, virtualization, router configuration, and network security. Network troubleshooting skills and familiarity with security compliance regulations are also required. The ability to work independently and self-direct time and effort is essential, and excellent documentation and organizational skills are required. Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems is required, and the ability to understand, administer, and maintain the network's cybersecurity posture is critical. This position may require up to 25% travel to locations across the United States. Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville / North Alabama area. Other Qualifications Security+ and Linux+ certifications are highly desired. Previous experience in code development is a plus. Some logistics experience arranging transport and detailing standard operating procedures is a plus. Interest in or previous experience in the design and conduct of human factors or usability studies is a plus.
