Senior SAP MM/P2P Consultant

This team member will have extensive hands on experience with configuration and solid business processes knowledge in SAP Purchasing, MM/IM areas. Candidates should have served as the MM lead on multiple end to end project Lifecyle implementations. Configuration experience in other SAP Modules is a plus (FI,SD,QM,PM,WM,EWM,MFG etc) as is S/4 Hana knowledge..

As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of all project tasks and deliverables. You will need to work effectively as part of a diverse team, as well as independently. You will need to be goal oriented and have a strong attention to detail. You must have a strong knowledge of core Procurement/MM concepts, their principles, and how MM interacts with adjoining SAP modules (FI,SD,WM EWM). Effective communication and documentation skills are a must including technical writing, functional requirements documentation, system documentation, and interpersonal communication (verbal and written). Excellent time management skills are required such as properly prioritizing tasks, organizing work, tracking details, and meeting deadlines for multiple projects with varying completion dates.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• The ability to communicate successfully verbally and in writing with customers, end users and team members

• 3-5 years of professional experience working in North American business environment
• Involvement with IT project management and project management practices
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to manage expectations, project scope and assess client needs to suggest best possible solutions
• Ability to create, manage, communicate and meet project timelines and goals
• SAP Purchasing experience and understanding of SAP configuration principles
• SAP MM experience and understanding of SAP configuration principles
• MM & Procurement Master Data & Organizational Structure, Purchasing & Receiving Processes, Supplier EDI Flows, Storage & Operations, and Outbound Processing.
• Exposure to 2 or more full SAP implementations
• Configuration, functional design, data analysis and testing experience in SAP MM & Procurement
• Ability and Willingness to mentor fellow team members

Desired Skills

• Additional SAP Functional experience in any of the following areas (FI,SD,WM,EWM,QM,PM,MFG)
• S/4 Hana Experience
• Fiori Experience
