This role is ideal for someone looking to combine technical excellence with leadership responsibilities, managing both clients and business development. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Consulting: Implement and optimize SAP solutions in financial modules (FI, CO, TR, etc.), ensuring efficient integration and alignment with business goals;
• Project Management: Lead SAP projects from planning and requirements gathering to delivery and post-implementation support, using both Agile and traditional methodologies;
• Service and Support Management: Oversee SAP service delivery and support processes, ensuring high availability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
• Team Coordination and Leadership: Supervise and guide teams of consultants, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time;
• Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging SAP capabilities to enhance efficiency and optimize performance;
• Aligning SAP Solutions with Business Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business strategies, supporting overall organizational goals and driving growth;
• Career Development in Management and Leadership: Actively pursue opportunities for career growth in management and leadership, preparing to take on greater responsibility in leading teams, managing client relationships, and driving digital transformation.

Ideal Profile:

• Strong Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in SAP functional consulting, particularly in financial modules (FI, CO, TR), and leading complex projects.
• Leadership Potential: Desire to take on project and team management responsibilities in the near future, with a focus on career growth in management.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing large-scale SAP projects, with knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and Innovative: Commitment to continuous improvement and the implementation of innovative solutions.
• Languages: Fluent English (C1), French is a plus.
