Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a Senior Salesforce Vlocity Developer within the SSATD organization.

As a Senior Salesforce Vlocity Developer at CVS Health/Aetna, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment delivering innovative solutions. We are looking for a passionate, driven person who wants to join our high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers' lives.

Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of the Salesforce projects using Salesforce Service or Health Cloud

• Manage the development and deployment of new projects and enhancements involving Knowledge Base configuration, Workflow assignments, Communities, Service Cloud Voice, SF to Telephony integration, Call center management, CTI integration, and LWC

• Ensure that work-products meet business requirements and goals

• Provide detailed design and documentation of solutions for OOTB, and custom code

• Develop UI screens using Salesforce components leveraging Newport Design system and custom LWC

• Develop Salesforce solutions using Vlocity components such as Omniscripts, Data Raptors, and also using HTML, CSS and Javascript

• Work with blended business and IT development teams

• Apply environment and DevOps strategies and set up governance process for Salesforce Org

• Please note this position is ideally available local to CT but also is available fully remote from anywhere in the Unites States.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing with Salesforce.
• 5+ years of UI/UX development
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Vlocity
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce LWC
• Salesforce Certifications (Advanced Developer or Platform Developer)
• 2+ years of Technical Leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Vlocity Platform Certifications

• Proven Salesforce and Vlocity DevOps experience.

• Experience working with blended business and IT development teams.

• General knowledge of healthcare benefit industry terminology and practices

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$124,372.50 - $247,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
