The Senior Salesforce Data Administrator will deliver improvements to our data solutions within Salesforce. In this role, you will be delivering on trust and reliability of the environment via data driven projects including configuration, remediation and change management. This position requires a highly driven individual with strong emotional intelligence, a true self-starter with demonstrated experience in high growth, fast-paced organizations.
This position reports to the Director, Data Foundation.
Work as a part of a collaborative, cross functional scrum team to deliver data governance and data quality improvements to Salesforce
Collaborate with the data team to understand desired functionality and requirements to ensure work aligns to business needs
Translate business requirements to scalable solutions and corresponding workflow revisions
Create and manage objects, fields, formulas, page layouts and record types
Design, test and implement workflow and validation rules
Execute data quality and data cleansing remediation efforts
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
3+ years of experience with Salesforce within an agile environment
Certified Salesforce.com Administrator
Experience working with Sales and Service cloud
Experience with SOQL
Experience working with Data Loader and DemandTools
Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator
Previous experience in a data specific role
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt as needed
Ability to multi-task and scale quickly in a fast-paced environment
