Senior Salesforce Architect

Join us in driving digital transformation initiatives with our clients leveraging the Salesforce platform. As the technical architect reference within our team, you'll be pivotal in facilitating our clients' digital evolution, ensuring impactful and innovative solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and effectively utilize Salesforce technology.
• Utilize your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce tools to architect and implement robust solutions.
• Apply knowledge of REST, SOAP, microservices, and web services for seamless integration and data management.
• Lead technical design decisions, mentor senior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Implement DevSecOps practices and delivery models tailored for Salesforce projects.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and design solutions using Salesforce products.
• Demonstrate proficiency in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system design principles.
• Hold certifications in Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I.
• Familiarity with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce projects.
• Expertise in identity and access management, data security, and record sharing.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and Agile tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Auburn Hills three times a week. Relocation to the Detroit area is required.

Additional Qualifications (Desirable):

• Functional knowledge of Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Familiarity with Vlocity and Industry Clouds.
• Advanced Salesforce developer or architect certifications.
