POSITION SUMMARY:

ADP is hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator. Utilizing Salesforce Admin skills, this position will help optimize our investment in Salesforce Service Cloud, balancing business needs with technical complexity.

Your role will span all aspects of the software development lifecycle and include working alongside our business in a highly collaborative environment where every individual's input is valued. In addition, you will coach more junior developers and Admins on Salesforce best practices and design. Salesforce Admin 201 and a minimum of 1 year experience with Service Cloud.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING....

  • System-level design and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions

  • Contributing member of an agile team delivering new features and capabilities

  • Accountable for deployment of user stories at the end of each sprint iteration

  • Propose solutions to business needs and Salesforce feature additions.

  • Supporting the application

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Salesforce Service Cloud experience

  • Experience with Case management and Knowledge

  • Able to develop workflows, flows, page layouts, security configurations, sharing rules, and permissions

  • Able to Create Reports and Dashboards for Executive Team and Sales Leadership

  • Lightning User Interface development

This Position will be responsible for working closely with assigned businesses to deliver on strategic business initiatives and grow adoption in the Salesforce.com platform. This position will also be responsible for case management, configuration, maintenance and new tool implementation on the Salesforce.com platform. Essential Responsibilities: * Work closely with business to translate business requirements into working solutions using a combination of salesforce configuration and custom developments approaches. * Drive efficiency and effectiveness in business processes through effective communication, leadership, oversight and execution. * Analyze business solution needs, gather requirements, execute to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables. * Be a liaison between business, IT and other data management support teams. * Develop and implement strategies to improve business and provide CRM adoption within business. * Perform all Salesforce Administration tasks. * Ensure team is leveraging new features and functionality from new releases. Serve as test lead for new releases in Sandbox. * Implement solutions to ensure and monitor data quality within Salesforce. * Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of progressive business experience. * SFDC Admin Certification. * Travel > 50% to site locations. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products. Desired Characteristics: * Experience or desire to learn Visualforce and APEX to be able to make adjustments to existing code or supervise consultant code changes * Advanced SFDC Admin Certification * Experience with or understanding of JIRA or other Project Management systems. * Marketing cloud and Pardot integration with sales cloud experience * Experience leading salesforce integration projects * Experience leading optimization projects and standard release management * Experience using tools such as Data Loader, People Imports and Dupe Blocker a plus. * Excellent Presentation, Written and Oral Communication Skills. * Experience in a business analysis capacity. * Experience with or understanding of Agile Project Management. * Experience with Lightning for service and sales clouds. * Strong understanding of financial card services business processes. * Understanding of Integration scenarios and design that affect Salesforce data architecture. * Strong documentation and training skills.
