Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company, has an opening for a Senior Sales Staff Manager in Oklahoma City, OK.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for Oklahoma City area market growth across all product lines working closely with North America Land product line sales management.

  • Implement pricing strategies including price book reviews, tenders, and price agreements working closely with the commercial group.

  • Drive cross-functional and cross Product Line collaboration efforts.

  • Drives New Technology adoption to differentiate BHGE from competitors.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction through negotiation of problem jobs, business performance reviews, and customer visits.

  • Maintain strong communication with NA Land sales and commercial teams.

  • Monitor and reduce DSO's on a weekly basis

  • Develop and present presentations to upper management, finance, customers, and direct reports

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

  • 10+ years' experience in sales or operations.

  • Must be action-oriented and customer-focused with a drive for results.

  • Excellent communicator.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and engage talent.

  • Proven ability to build relationships, engage key stakeholders, and deliver successful projects.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Broad experience in multiple products lines, including understanding of business drivers.

  • Prior management experience in sales.

Northrop Grumman Aerospace System is seeking a Manager Program Control 3 supporting our Military Aircraft Systems Divisions. The position serves as the primary interface between IPTs, the Cost Management Homeroom, and Senior Leadership for Earned Value Management. The candidate will provide leadership and direction to the Divisions' Earned Value Management organization and be a primary interface in financial reporting process. In addition, this position will include the following: * Establishing strategy and best practices for cost control in a validated cost schedule control system environment. * Participating in Sector Metrics and Independent EAC (IEAC) Reviews. * Monitors compliance to internal processes that support program requirements as well as ensure adherence to government cost control guidelines. * Perform and/or assist in financial analyses such as cost forecasts, sales projections, and variance analysis. * Perform schedule and cost risk assessments to identify and mitigate program risks. * Support customer/DCMA/internal audits/reviews as well as conduct program/CAM EVM surveillance * Develop revisions to procedures and work instructions * Develop/conduct training of both program and functional staff in EVM Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree with 7 years of financial/cost experience * - Current, active in-scope DoD Secret Clearance (updated within the last 6 years) with the ability to obtain program access * - Prior leadership experience * - Proficient understanding of SAP, MPM, wInsight or similar systems * - Proficient understanding of scheduling processes and terms and Microsoft Project * - Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: * - Masters degree * - Financial forecasting, Planning, and Reporting * - Familiarity with NGAS Cost and Schedule Management processes and tools * - Experience interfacing with government audit agencies such as DCMA and DCAA Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
