You will develop and execute strategies with accounts, including semi-annual account business plans and monthly revenue targets.
Responsibilities will include:
Align to the Strategic NA Soccer Plan for FY19-22 (both Grassroots Business Development & Retail).
Generate an in-depth understanding of the category: consumer trends, market size development, retail development, competition, retail landscape
Lead the development of account plans with the customer thru close collaboration.
Manage NA Soccer Grassroots relationships.
Work with account buyer and planner to ensure market and customer capacities are met.
Develops seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans for assigned accounts using category, account, brand and marketplace knowledge
Establish and maintain timely, consistent, and positive external and internal relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.
Sr. Rep is responsible for timely execution of order tracking, order input, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/RTS summaries and delivery information
Soccer industry knowledge preferred.
Minimum of three years relevant sales, category management, or marketing experience.
Experience and track record of success working with major accounts increasing revenue, creating and driving a holistic business plan inclusive of short and long term business strategies and financial targets.
Experience and knowledge of retail fluency and account profitability models with an ability to drive a profitable account business.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
Ability to influence both cross functionally and vertically within industry.
Marketplace financial and business skills are a must.
You should have a Bachelor or higher. Can be compensated by relevant work experience.
