  • We are now recruiting for a Sr. Sales Representative to join our NA Nike Soccer Team. In this role you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets for both the Retail and Grassroots/Team businesses. This will require bringing in new business while maintaining existing business through curated assortments to a defined set of accounts.

You will develop and execute strategies with accounts, including semi-annual account business plans and monthly revenue targets.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Align to the Strategic NA Soccer Plan for FY19-22 (both Grassroots Business Development & Retail).

  • Generate an in-depth understanding of the category: consumer trends, market size development, retail development, competition, retail landscape

  • Lead the development of account plans with the customer thru close collaboration.

  • Manage NA Soccer Grassroots relationships.

  • Work with account buyer and planner to ensure market and customer capacities are met.

  • Develops seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans for assigned accounts using category, account, brand and marketplace knowledge

  • Establish and maintain timely, consistent, and positive external and internal relationships.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.

  • Sr. Rep is responsible for timely execution of order tracking, order input, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/RTS summaries and delivery information

  • Soccer industry knowledge preferred.


  • Minimum of three years relevant sales, category management, or marketing experience.

  • Experience and track record of success working with major accounts increasing revenue, creating and driving a holistic business plan inclusive of short and long term business strategies and financial targets.

  • Experience and knowledge of retail fluency and account profitability models with an ability to drive a profitable account business.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.

  • Ability to influence both cross functionally and vertically within industry.

  • Marketplace financial and business skills are a must.

  • You should have a Bachelor or higher. Can be compensated by relevant work experience.
