The Basics:

Tanium Recruiting Team is hiring a Senior Sales Recruiter to be located in our New York office! This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with hiring managers and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. What you'll do:

  • Responsible for managing and facilitating the entire recruiting process

  • Develop and execute on a sourcing strategy

  • Work with managers and talent acquisition team to develop recruiting strategies

  • Take a data-driven approach to develop goals, validate your activities and to measure success

  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems through our ATS

  • Provide follow-up correspondence with a sense of urgency to candidates on recruiting status

  • Be an advocate for the candidate and deliver a world-class candidate experience

  • Tracking recruiting activities in our ATS and providing candidate status in a weekly report

  • Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials

  • Build strong relationships with candidates, the talent acquisition team, and our business partners

  • Successfully evaluate candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques and providing thorough scorecards

We're looking for someone with:

  • Education

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required

  • Experience

  • 5 years of recruiting experience required, 7+ years preferred

  • Agency and in-house experience a plus, enterprise sales software recruiting experience preferred

  • Experience executing a full-cycle recruiting process

  • Sourcing experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required

  • Experience with Google products, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred

  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organizational skills preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take feedback and build strong productive relationships

  • Experience working with Greenhouse preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment preferred

  • Results oriented

Responsibilities * Full lifecycle recruiting for Enterprise Sales openings, with a focus on Account Executives * Work closely with sales leadership and sales managers to meet ambitious hiring goals and expectations * Proactively identify and assess talent using a variety of sourcing methodologies including but not limited to LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking, complex web searches and research * Report on sourcing channel measures of success and interpret the data to suggest the viability of sourcing strategies and improvements needed * Create and foster high touch relationships with active and passive candidates * Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies for top talent * Prepare offers, create strategic closing plans, negotiate compensation packages, and close candidates at all levels Desired Skills And Experience * 4+ years and a strong track record of sales recruiting experience, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Deep understanding of sales functions, roles, and compensation structures * Proven ability to proactively engage candidates and manage them through the interview process * Strong sense of urgency, initiative and problem solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Superior attention to detail, organizational skills and multitasking abilities * Ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes * Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus Forter is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
