Primary Responsibilities:

  • New Business ancillary sold case submissions that include Financial Protection products, for multiple markets

  • Review installation paperwork with the broker and collect all required information

  • Existing Business sold case submissions that include Financial Protection products, for multiple markets

  • Review installation paperwork with the broker and collect all required information.

  • Post - install audits to ensure accuracy

  • Provide proactive census reports post - install as confirmation of accurate install

  • Include ancillary collateral / links

  • Internal customer service to Sales Reps on all daily assignments as well as various questions and troubleshooting

  • Operational projects

  • Provide various open enrollment and eligibility support tasks

  • Involvement in Facets Kick - Out installations

  • Coordination and relationship management with Plan Changes and Case Installation

  • Build and maintains positive, constructive working relationships with Inside Sales RAEs / BAEs / DAEs / SSCs

  • Collateral / Mail fulfillment requests.

  • Ancillary product quoting for multiple markets

  • Discounting / Rate relief

  • Reporting

  • Assistance with monthly quoting for renewal building process

  • Specialty renewal packaging and communication to Brokers and Customers along with customer service

  • Eligibility change requests.

  • Coordinate with UW on retro - active changes that result from installation errors / confusion

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Word including ability to create mail merges

  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel including the ability to create basic formulas

  • Customer Service experience in a professional business environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Life and Health Insurance License

  • Experience with Web - based and DOS systems experience, including Prime, Stream, Facets

  • Prior Health Care experience

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: * Understand and fluently communicate Medicaid MCO/State contract quality measures inside and out - including Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) * Understand and fluently how Medicaid MCOs in different C&S markets get reimbursed/avoid liquidated damages for achievement of quality targets * Work with matrix partners (United Health Networks (UHN), C&S National and within state level Health Plans, C&S Medical Economics) to define, develop and track ACO performance on market specific quality trending and related gaps in care closures in ACOs supported by United Clinical Services Accountable Care Clinical Transformation Consultants (CTCs) * Work with Accountable Care Regional Directors and CTCs in assigned markets to analyze quality performance and develop/recommend ACO specific strategies to improve quality outcomes aligned with state specific metrics and performance targets (goal is to recover incentive $ by changing ACO performance) * Guide development of training materials for internal and external audiences that illuminate and guide implementation of performance improvement strategies Be resourceful about finding and vetting evidenced based performance improvement strategies * Evaluate evidenced based performance improvement strategies for scalability across multiple ACOs in different geographies * Define how to track and bring visibility to incremental incentive dollars (or avoided liquidated damages) earned by C&S ACOs for improved quality outcomes * Assigned 8-10 states * 20% travel You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: * Generalized knowledge of Medicaid programs – including how Medicaid programs are funded, how states work with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) to drive quality improvement, and how Medicaid MCOs contract with providers in ways that drive quality improvement * Generalized knowledge of Value Based Contracting Generalized knowledge of EMRs' roles in ambulatory care quality improvement initiatives * 5 years of experience gathering, analyzing and managing clinical quality data: * Ability to manipulate data in Excel * Ability to synthesize different data streams and analyze large data sets * Ability to derive meaningful insights from data analysis for purposes of recommending credible strategies * Ability to package and communicate improvement strategies * 2 years of experience conceptualizing & implementing evidenced based clinical quality improvement projects – demonstrated ability to look at data and discern root cause for poor performance and related performance improvement opportunities * 5 years of experience analyzing and driving HEDIS, HEDIS-like and other quality measurement and improvement implementations in ambulatory care settings * 5 years working in ambulatory care settings, preferably including roles as quality director/manager * Experience documenting, communicating and tracking implementation of specialized data/reporting requirements * Experience reviewing literature and other evidenced based clinical management practices to discern efficacy and appropriateness for localized implementations * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix organization across matrix partners – exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate clinical content to non-clinical people in written and verbal formats Preferred Qualifications: * Clinical degree * Registered Nurse Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
