We are looking for a Sales Operations professional, with experience in leading Sales Operations for a business segment. This person should be comfortable in leading Field Operations, Sales Enablement, Analytics and Reporting, Monthly and Quarterly Reviews, and an expert in Sales tools, including SFDC.
Duties will include but will not necessarily be limited to:
Field Operations, including Sales Strategy, Account Coverage and Territory Design
Reporting, Analytics, and Daily interaction with Enterprise and Majors Sales VPs
Chief of Staff role for a Sales VP, with an ability to drive Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reviews
Ability to work with Sales Partners, including Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, and Talent Development
Heavy work with sales tools, including SFDC and Tableau
Special projects as assigned
4 Year College Degree required, MBA preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and presentation capabilities
5-8 years' experience in quantitative-based roles, at least 3-5 in Sales Operations
Experience in working in SFDC, and other quantitative tools
Comfort and experience in ambiguous situations
Excellent focus, high attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
Process-oriented, accountable and trustworthy
Proven ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (especially Excel and Access)
