What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to join Teladoc Health's commercial organization. You will be responsible for refining and supporting the commercial processes and effectiveness of our sales team, focusing on supporting continuous improvement and administration of a rapidly growing sales function.
What you will do:
Responsible for 100% accurate and timely delivery of pipeline, bookings and other commercial metrics
Responsible for managing commission process, system implementation & execution of comp plans
Responsible for tracking quota attainment and overall sales performance while creating & executing recognition programs to enhance visibility throughout organization
Responsible for working directly with sales reps on continued sales effectiveness, pipeline maintenance and sales processes
Work with cross functional teams to provide sales reps with useful product information and platform updates
Maintain cadence across the business to leverage all commercial and analytics tools (e.g., SFDC, Upland product suite, Tableau)
Collaborate with cross functional teams to document processes, best practices and help identify areas for improvement & efficiencies.
Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to enthusiastically engage and motivate others.
Proven ability to problem-solve, anticipate issues/concerns, troubleshoot problems, and proactively institute creative solutions
Other special projects as needed
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst must exhibit superior quantitative and communication capabilities. He or she must be able to think creatively and tactically and to work well as part of a team environment. Other skills and attributes include:
Intense work ethic with comfort in an extremely fast-paced environment and comfortable with multitasking.
Passionate about emerging healthcare technologies with a strong desire for immediate impact.
Organized and methodical, with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Must demonstrate true expertise in relevant business tools & systems administration (Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, etc.), including strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard creation skills.
Strong communication & training skills as well as attention to detail.
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales operations roles required
Proven track record of high performance in highly demanding settings, ideally with exposure to public company environment
Prior sales experience preferred
Experience in healthcare and/or technology industries preferred but not required
Experience with commercial and analytics tools (e.g., SFDC, Upland product suite, Tableau) preferred
