About the Enterprise Account- Core Modernization & Digital Transformation Sales Team:
This strategic Senior Sales Manager Team sells FIS Core Modernization & Digital Transformation Processing to top 75 Banks in North America, Large Financial Institutions (LFI). These are very large complex deals. You will bring and develop strong relationships with these financial institution's executives through face-to-face strategic discussion.
What you will be doing:
As a Client dedicated Senior Sales Manager in this group, you will be working with senior Executives at the Bank and will be expected to frame your discussions around their growth objectives and pain points. Your background and credibility will develop the relationship and assist you in being a trusted advisor.
You will leverage a team of from across FIS to support you in selling. Additionally, you will utilize FIS product solutions experts to position FIS Core Modernization & Digital Transformation Core and services to meet client expectations and achieve assigned sales quota.
Your strong communication and organizational skills will enable you to build internal and client relationships that lead to your success.
Serve as the primary FIS relationship owner for your assigned accounts.
Structures, negotiates and closes sales opportunities that meet customers' expectations and FIS' ability to deliver, utilizing appropriate FIS resources for product marketing support and specialized product sales expertise
Develops and executes account plans to ensure continued revenue growth from assigned accounts
Presents proposals to Clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.
Understand clients' strategy and be able to communicate needs across the FIS product teams for solutioning.
What you bring:
Success selling Core Services or Core Apps into top 50 Banks in North America.
Executive presence in face-to-face client discussions with senior executives
Ability to have value driven discussions around FIS assets with bank executives
Complex multi-million-dollar deal negotiation, conditions and pricing of contracts with client and ensures terms are within standards and with proper legal approvals
Deep experience in the banking and financial services industry, and Professional Services
The ability to work independently and manage client relationships, sales pipeline, and accurate forecasting of opportunities
Experience in origination and progressing new business opportunities
Solid communication skills and the ability to multitask between multiple clients
Solid book of trusted relationships at top banks
