Responsibilities In this role, you will drive revenue and expand our client base through exceptional customer service, strategic sales planning, and relationship building. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will work with a talented team and collaborate with various departments throughout the hotel to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. •Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals •Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement •Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals •Ensure our sales staff achieves their goals by making sales plans for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning territories, and managing their ongoing training programs •Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation programs Qualifications •Hotel Sales experience •Bachelor's degree in business or related field •Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills •3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department
