Job DescriptionJoin Electrolux Professional Group - asSenior Chain Account Sales ManagerResponsibilitiesABOUT YOUR TASKS: Responsible for consistently achieving sales targets that include product mix, volume, and margin in order to deliver consistent year over year growth. Develop and actively manage sales plan for national marquee chain accounts ($1M annual sales) Spend 75% of time in the marketplace
3-4 days per week in the field. Potential international travel 1-2 times a year Manage budget (T&E, sales, new products, etc.) Accurately forecast sales dollars (monthly, quarterly, by chain, by brand, etc.) Management of the marquee chains in terms of outlets and sales potential (globally) Assigned key marquee national and multi-national chain accounts that represent the largest opportunities for Electrolux Professional products.
Marquee chains are defined as chains exceeding $5M in potential sales. Development of a robust "rollout" pipeline with annual rollout sales Identify and pursue new product opportunities. Margin management: price discounts, margins, buying program leverage / deviated program pricing and rebates, support credit for prompt payment, etc.
Manage $20M account portfolio. Develop and maintain relationships with key chain account buying influencers, including R&D, procurement, operations, facilities, and others as appropriate. Responsible for being an expert in multiple Electrolux Professional product selling processes.
Developing business plans for all accounts Consultative sales approach. Product expertise and application. Create pre-call plans.
Constant follow up based on sales plan. Call reports with follow up action plans - and follow up on each action item. Understanding & knowledge of competition Provide regular market feedback, including new product opportunities, competitive information, etc.
Attend chain shows and conventions as appropriate. Assist in new product integrations and company acquisitions for chain compliance.QualificationsKEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN THE FIRST 18 MONTHS: Develop a strategic plan that ensures significant growth with marquee accounts (15-20% CAGR) over 3-5 years.
Establish relationships with marquee customers. Develop a pipeline of rollouts that ensures Electrolux Professional meets YOY growth expectations. Develop new customers to marquee status ($1M annual sales)REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

75% of the time. Knowledge of cooking, beverage, refrigeration, ware-washing, food preparation and ventilation equipment.
Ability to interact with all levels within the organization, from the plant floor to the president. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.
Budget management skills. General management/leadership skills.ABOUT YOU: Bachelor's degree preferred. 10 years' experience working with national chains in supplying equipment solutions.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
