Job Title: Sales Manager/Director/VP (Anywhere in India) - Night Shift (EST)Job DescriptionPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager/Director/VP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our software products and IT services to clients, working in a night shift to align with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST). This is a full-time position, and candidates can be located anywhere in India.Working Hours:
- Night Shift: 6:00 AM PST to 3:30 PM PST (equivalent to 6:30 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST)
- This role requires flexibility to accommodate US EST time zone working hours.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy and Planning:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.- Identify target markets and potential clients within the software and IT services sectors.- Create detailed sales plans and forecasts to achieve organizational sales goals.2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:- Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.3. Sales Execution:- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics and results.4. Market Analysis and Feedback:- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services.- Provide insights and recommendations to the product development and marketing teams.5. Team Leadership (for Director/VP roles):- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.- Mentor and develop junior sales staff.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the software products and IT services industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the software and IT services market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working night shifts or with US-based clients is a plus.Skills and Competencies:
