The Sales Manager analyzes and consults with Fortune 1000 companies on their benefit programs with the target on vision benefits. Sells vision benefits plans to employers and engages employers, brokers, and consultants in assigned territory.


  • Develops relationships w/brokers via in-market initiatives to grow sales.

  • Executes quote requests, follows up and facilitates sales process to exceed broker expectations.

  • Leverages internal departments to facilitate sales process.

  • Educates broker constituents through in person and telephonic efforts.

  • Effectively presents EyeMed value proposition.

  • Manages sales process internally and externally.

  • Manages process metrics including population of contact management tool to drive business intelligence.

  • Develops compelling proposals to grow segment sales.

  • Manages agency books of business.

  • Collaborates with internal sales team to develop sales strategy and deliver quote.

  • Executes post-quote follow-up activity to refine and achieve broker acceptance.

  • Collaborates with mid-market sales team to develop strong broker partnerships.


  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Possess an Ohio Accident and Health Insurance License or ability to obtain license within 60 (sixty) days of hire

  • 3+ years of sales experience

  • Benefits/Insurance sales experience

  • Business to Business sales experience

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Proficient skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Territory management skills

  • Knowledge of Brokerage industry

  • Experience using

  • Goal driven high performer with demonstrated success

  • Sense of urgency responding to customers

Collectively the NFSOP Juice team drives and supports close to 270MM EQ cases annually. This position is responsible for accelerating sales and developing sales strategies of our Juice/Dairy and Emerging Categories portfolio within NFO/SPM accounts. A secondary focus for the SSE is to share Juice/Dairy/Emerging Categories best practices, key learning's and builds organizational capabilities for sales associates inside NFO/SPM. This role also supports the commercialization of Refresh Server and the execution and selling of this new platform to support the transformation of our dispensed juice business. In addition, this role has strategic focus on developing sales and building the capabilities of the NFO/SPM associates on our Beverages for Life portfolio such as Fairlife Milk, Suja, Chilled Zico, Simply Juices, Barrilitos, and Minute Maid among many others. Function Specific Activities: DUTIES * Interact with MMBU Commercial Leadership, FSOP Finance, CAT, Supply Chain, COE, and others on the on-going development & evolution of our Juice/Dairy, Emerging Categories portfolio. * Work with NFO/SPM Leadership to support the selling process for our Juice/Dairy portfolio – from Business Planning to Performance Management Routines. * Provide input and feedback from NFO/SPM to Juice Sales & Commercial Leadership defining opportunities for process or platform improvement. On occasion participate or lead improvement initiatives which will improve our value proposition over the next 1-3 years.Leverage Refresh Server to maximize value creation for the Coca-Cola system by driving volume, creating competitive differentiation and creating superior economics for both TCCC and our customers. * Develop and maintain Sr. Level relationship networks across NFO/SPM to support collaborative development and change management.
