As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive in the New York area to drive our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in lead generation, conversion, and business development, preferably with experience working with high-net-worth individuals. You'll collaborate closely with the sales team and senior management to develop and execute targeted sales strategies for our niche market.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute short and long-term sales goals in coordination with company sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Convert both cold and warm leads into closed sales through effective communication, relationship-building, and tailored sales strategies.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless, timely execution of client requests and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and contribute to the overall success of the brokerage.
  • Act as a knowledge-sharing resource within the team, leading training sessions and serving as a project lead when required, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration to enhance team success.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of target-oriented sales experience, preferably targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, C-suite executives, and professionals in relevant industries.
    • Prior experience in Aviation, Hospitality, Sales, and/or Entertainment is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to consistently follow processes.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Flexible work schedule with availability for after-hours work as needed.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
    • Only considering candidates local to New York City area.

• Uncapped Commission-based bonuses (average first-year earnings: $70,000 - $115,000).

Base salary range: $50,000-$60,000 plus applicable bonuses.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
