Senior Sales Executive - Consumer Returns & Reverse Logistics

Office Location: Onalaska, WI

Position Location: Remote, hybrid, or onsite

Compensation Structure: Base weekly salary + monthly sales commission

Total Cash Compensation: $140,000-$190,000

Purpose & Summary: This is an opportunity to expand your book of business in a fast-paced, B2B sales environment while contributing to a higher cause. Dynamic provides end-of-life electronic recycling to keep technology out of landfills, and as a Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for establishing new business relationships and maximizing your current partnerships in the consumer returns and reverse logistics electronics recycling markets. This role specifically focuses on the collection of small household electronics and appliances through partnerships with OEM's, retailers, and distributors, and you'll help us strategically develop this channel at Dynamic. Long term, you will maintain and service your customer base to ensure ongoing partnership, continue hunting for new business opportunities, and provide mentorship to other sales professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  • New business development

  • Pipeline management

  • Travel to customer locations (30-50%)

  • Maintain customer and prospect data within CRM software

  • Evaluate profitability and performance by customer

  • Manage existing customer relationships

Education & Experience: 5-7 years of B2B outside sales or business development experience, including experience in consumer returns, reverse logistics, and/or electronics recycling, and an Associate Degree. Additional relevant experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.

Successful Candidate Profile: This role requires a natural rapport builder, with a genuine, engaging communication style. Successful candidates will be self-directed with strong initiative and a commitment to results; competitive, but committed to our values. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment with regular change and variety, and adapt to new information quickly with high learning agility.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Fluency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proposal development and presentation skills

  • Pricing and profitability analysis

  • Negotiation and ability to close deals

Outstanding candidates will also have previously provided mentorship and indirect leadership to other sales professionals.
