This exciting, newly-formed team in Amway North America (ANA), is tasked to deliver new and improved experiences for both our Amway Independent Business Owners (IBOs) and our North American consumers. This special team will focus on helping our IBOs build sales with a refreshed approach, using new tools that can transform their business.
This team of five will work collaboratively with Sales and other colleagues to advance marketing and sales capabilities that promote our amazing products to consumers and IBOs. Your work on this team will enable our Independent Business Owners to expand their sales approach, capturing new business by promoting new and innovative products that drive sales.

If you have Sales and/or Marketing talent that can drive sales growth capabilities, take a look at this cool opportunity! This is a role that will have you acting as a liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams, to deliver new and refreshed sales solutions to our IBOs.
Working on collaborative Sales & Marketing-focused project teams, you will be activating an updated sales approach that will require new tools, communications, training, etc. Your work will lead the program engagement with internal partners and North American IBOs, to increase sales by introducing impactful and innovative programs, training, sales tools and other solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with our Digital organization, to integrate social/digital capabilities into sales approaches, helping our IBOs become more agile in a digital world.

What skills and background will be important to be successful:
Minimum six years' experience delivering key Sales and/or Marketing programming to business owners
Proven communicator who is able to manage multiple, concurrent campaigns and project types in support of sales capabilities (Bilingual Spanish skills highly desired)
Demonstrated strategic planning and business acumen, working collaboratively with executive stakeholders
Experience with Lean and Agile workflow processes, risk mitigation and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to influence without authority, successfully guiding teams through project completion (per strategy, on time, on budget)
BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
