Devo is a privately held, hyper-growth software company who's exciting momentum requires that we optimize and scale our sellers. We are looking for a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager who is passionate about education, cybersecurity, and making a positive impact on enterprises and the community through greater adoption of our cybersecurity solutions.

This key position will report to the Head of Product Marketing and will work closely with the sales team, partners, sales operations, product management, and marketing to provide consistent go-to-market messaging and to execute our enablement-related programs. You will ensure that every seller has the required knowledge, skills, tools, processes, and behaviors to optimize every interaction with buyers and customers. This role will be responsible for coordinating enablement and creating content.

This is a high-impact role with the ability to move the needle for Devo and further accelerate our growth. We're looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves to get things done, fiercely work to make our sellers more effective, and work across the organization to drive measurable sales improvement while having a little fun in the process!

Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging subject matter expert knowledge, develop sales training materials to drive effective, differentiated conversations of Devo's solutions for our direct and partner sellers

  • Develop and maintain a library of sales plays that are tailored for specific use cases, verticals, and competitors to make our sellers more successful

  • Drive a consistent approach to obtaining and consolidating sales feedback to regularly identify areas of improvement in training and sales messaging, and work cross-functionally to develop a plan to close any gaps

  • Measure and analyze performance of our sellers to quantify their needs

  • Keep informed of new training methods and techniques, and provide guidance and share best practices

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work well cross-functionally

  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations

  • Able to take ownership of projects, realizing high-quality and predictable outcomes

  • Proven customer-first focus

  • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and comfort with public speaking

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment

  • Self-starter - able to determine own path to success, rather than needing extensive direction

  • High energy and a positive attitude - to earn credibility, to energize and positively influence those who the enablement manager deals with daily

Experience and Education:

  • BA/BS degree -- computer science or engineering would be a plus

  • 5+ years of product marketing or sales enablement/training experience building and delivering content for technology sales organizations in the enterprise security software industry -- specifically Security Analytics, SIEM, or UEBA technologies

  • Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices including instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation

  • Extensive knowledge of direct enterprise sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer's journey alignment

  • Familiarity with Highspot a plus

  • An advanced user of the Office Suite and G Suite
