Under the GTM Strategy & Enablement organization, your mission is to empower our salesforce, partners, and customers with the expertise, resources, and strategies needed to fuel revenue growth and maximize value. You'll work with talented team members creating sales plays, driving stakeholder engagement and increasing sales & channel effectiveness.

About this role

A Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for architecting an impactful learning strategy for Sellers and Partners.

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist will lead cross functional content development projects and manage digital content aligned across our core and growing product offerings to help Cloud Software Group sellers help customers purchase, adopt and use products more effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver enablement to Sellers & Partners:

  • Work with limited supervision to deliver role-based learning for sales effectiveness.

  • Keep learning paths up to date with new processes or sales strategies.

  • Design, outline, storyboard and produce digital content and provide recommendations to ensure all our content is consistent and aligned across the GTM strategy.

  • Work with a variety of operations and sales teams to document how to use products and tools for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Apply content strategy and principles to develop concise, consistent, and high value content deliverables.

  • Work independently and manage multiple, simultaneous projects.

  • Report progress of content deliverables to stakeholders and adhere to timelines.

  • Promotes team environment by assisting with training and development of fellow employees to improve skills and abilities in the performance of their duties.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in courseware development and content strategy.

  • Experience with sales enablement.

  • Demonstrated ability to create high quality training material including presentations, webinars, and eLearning videos.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent in English, additional languages a bonus.

Preferred Qualification

  • Knowledge of core Virtualization concepts, Citrix Cloud services, and public cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform).

  • 3+ years of experience in deployment, configuration, or support of the Citrix and NetScaler core products (such as Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, Citrix Workspace Environment Management, Citrix App Layering, Citrix Provisioning, Citrix Endpoint Management, Citrix Gateway, Secure Private Access, Citrix Analytics, NetScaler Application Delivery Controller and Application Delivery Management).

  • Experience with learning & content management systems, project management tools, and analytics tools.

Education

  • Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience.
