Job Details:

We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Development Representative to develop new sales channels while supporting existing channels and customers. You will be assisting our sales team and developing sales and pricing plans, communicating with customers to determine their needs, and conducting research to identify new sales leads.

This is a quote driven role focus on sales development efforts and operational support for assigned business segment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and input leads and accounts records in the Salesforce which will be used to create, adjust, and manage Customer Contact Plans for all levels of management.

  • Manage and monitor system support chatter group, Hubspot Chat AND Hubspot leads.

  • Ensure Business Development Opportunity artifacts are available in system by linking to data repositories inside the firewall.

  • Enhance and grow capabilities and features as the company changes.

  • Support and deliver training to new resellers.

  • Support inbound requests from customers and resellers.

  • Work with Business Development team to update their records.

  • Comply with Cubic's values and adherence to all company policy and procedures. Comply with the code of conduct, quality, security and occupational health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.

  • In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by their manager from time-to-time, as may be reasonably required of them.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar field plus 5 years of related experience; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.

  • Sales Territory Development or Business Development experience in a hunting capacity both direct and channel sales.

  • Account management and customer service experience.

  • Some technical acumen and experience working in an IT, land mobile radio or wireless related industry a plus.

  • Experience with data bases.

  • Ability to drive projects/issues to completion.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Experience working with Salesforce and Hubspot preferred

  • Experienced in preparing written quotes.

  • Ability to travel when required.
