Position Title: Senior Sales Coordinator
Position SummaryServes as a senior level sales support role within the Tower Sales Organization. Have subject matter expertise on application/customer order entry, MLA pricing calculators (automated and manual), and overall delivery of excellent customer service. Provide additional support as needed to the Towers Account Manager.Essential Job Functions
Hit or exceed all internal cycle time metrics related to application creation/submittal. Consistently demonstrate the ability to balance speed and accuracy when creating/submitting customer orders.
Submitting customer orders using customer provided RF Data Sheets, flat files, construction drawings, equipment plumbing diagrams, or similar materials.This includes scrubbing customer provided documents for discrepancies and determining best course for order creation and processing.
Manage the application process specific to the assigned Crown District office(s) by ensuring that all applications are entered/reviewed and processed within targeted timeframe; confirming feasibility of application acceptance through initial site scrub (including review of existing level maintenance page and site plan drawings, demand and demographics, underlying lease documents, construction drawings, etc.)
Communicate and resolve application discrepancies between the customer and Crown Castle including confirming or acquiring customer entity and billing information, identifying existing equipment currently on the tower or contractually entitled to, confirming available physical compound space and vertical tower space, and acquiring equipment specifications for any equipment not contained in CCIsites.
Understand and effectively communicate customer's existing entitlements to ensure both accurate application processing for structural analysis as well as amendment pricing.
Attend customer "project kickoff" meetings and be prepared to answer questions related to customer order/application entry.
Participate in customer and internal deployment meetings at the direction of the Towers Account Manager.
Accurately and efficiently populate pricing forms/calculators for all MLA customers. Effectively communicate pricing logic to customers at the request of the Towers Account Manager.
Populate and submit License Request Forms (LRF's) and resolve any applicable sales related PAI licensing issues.
Maintain an excellent working relationship with other internal Crown departments to assist in expediting the sales process.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
Two (2) years previous sales and customer support experience

Ability to work independently and in group settings.
