Job Description

The Job:

• Develop, optimize, and execute Sales incentive plan calculations for monthly/quarterly Forecasting and Commissioning deliverables

• Manage regular updates to existing territory assignments and org hierarchies for a complex geo-based team of over 200 sales representatives

• Work with Sales Team leaders to solve complex problems around commissions, payouts, attribution, attrition, and sales rep productivity through analysis and reporting

• Gain familiarity and partner with RevOps Manager to design and refine compensation plans as needed with sound recommendations

• Manage Commissions KPIs including budget vs. actuals, performance to quotas, and profitability metrics

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, data science, or another quantitatively rigorous discipline preferred, candidates with other degrees are still encouraged to apply

• 3-4 years Sales Commissions, FP&A, or Finance related roles

• Highly proficient in Excel, SQL

• Experience with any of the following preferred: R, Tableau, Salesforce, Sales Commission Software

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing

• Record of initiative-taking and leadership in a professional setting

• Interest in business operations and problem solving
