Through our transformation journey, the Consumer Tire Replacement business is focused on building operational excellence within our sales teams. In order to support the teams, a role has been developed that will focus on sales, category, and competitive trends impacting our monthly business performance and annual plan.
Individuals in the role will assess business performance each month by evaluating sales trends, new/discontinued items, competitive activities, and customer decisions that will impact future product needs. This analysis will be used to lead the sales teams through the monthly forecasting process, facilitate joint customer collaboration meetings, and contribute to other cross functional meetings throughout the organization. When issues arise, the individual will use data and their knowledge of the business to establish a root cause and develop solutions that will support the sales teams.
