Position Summary

As part of the Consumer Replacement Tire Sales Analytics Team, the Senior Sales Analyst will support the Sales Organization in making data-driven decisions to drive improved business results through generating business insights with data. The Analyst will be responsible for the cleaning, integration and presentation of data from a multitude of sources (customers, internal, 3rd party), systems and formats. In addition to the data processing, the Analyst will be responsible both for reporting static and dynamic and generating the analysis and recommendations that support the broader business strategy.


  • Data Integration: Identify critical data sources and collaborate with others across the organization to integrate data into a consistent and usable format. Will require advanced data querying skills utilizing tools such as Alteryx, SQL or similar.

  • Analysis: Utilize analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and improve consumer replacement sales channels. Could include evaluating key business metrics such as profitability, ROI and market share.

  • Reporting: Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor business performance. To do this, Tableau Desktop will be used to develop dashboards and dynamics reports, after gathering business requirements and end-user objectives.

  • Business Insights: Analyze business trends and evaluate risks and opportunities

  • Complete special projects as needed


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Science, or any Analytical/related field

  • 2+ years of related experience.

  • Tableau Desktop REQUIRED

  • Alteryx, SQL, or related programming skills preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced)

  • Must show discretion as teammate will handle confidential information.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity working with financial measures

  • Candidate must adapt to a fast-paced environment, with a close attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, very organized, detail oriented, schedule minded with strong follow-up skills

  • Self-starter, team player who can independently manage time and projects wisely

Lead Analyst - Financial Business Analytics The Medical Economics Business Analytics Lead Analyst role will support the total medical cost analytics for the Government Business Segment (Primarily Medicare Advantage business). Key responsibilities include * Monthly analysis of financial performance across key markets and payment methodologies * Developing business relationships in multiple markets to determine actionable insights to be developed by the team * Influence adoptions of key cost-saving initiatives with key matrix partners * Support matrix partners with ad hoc needs and user story development for broader analytics organization efforts * Become an expert in CMS reimbursement methodologies and understand how to identify trends and hot spots by payment area * Monitor industry publications and assess internal data against rising industry "hot spots" * Assessing payment changes and financial impacts to our organization (e.g., IPPS, OPPS, ASC, SNF rate change evaluation exercises) * Create monthly highlights to assist markets in focusing efforts and identification of actionable trend drivers Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business, Finance, Analytics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent training. * Minimum 3 years' experience in analytics; or any combination of education and experience. * Experience using SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, SAS, or R * Strong interpersonal skills that can be leveraged to deliver market focused presentations to our customers and provide interpretation of analysis performed. * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to present meaningful results to a business audience * Passionate about delivery of valuable BI products to drive insight-based decision making * Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with CMS healthcare data (MMR, Claims, Eligibility, Provider) * Experience with CMS payment methodologies (IPPS, OPPS, etc) * Familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims, ICD10, DRG, APC, HCPCS, CPT * Experience with Teradata, Hadoop, or other big data platforms Qualifications The Ideal Candidate will offer * May have a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, Finance or equivalent training, minimum 6+ years' experience in related health care or financial analytics; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. * Strong Excel skills with a self-driven perspective towards researching and understanding various financial and operational issues.
