SUMMARY

The Senior Sales Administrator will act as the first point of contact to manage the resolution of customer issues on all matters pertaining to major accounts and GSA (Government Sales Account) orders. They will be responsible for assisting the Sales staff with sales and customer orders while helping to oversee the Inside Sales team with customer-related issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact to coordinate the resolution of customer issues on all subjects including availability, pricing, order status, freight damage, return goods authorization, operator training, service, invoice, credit, and outstanding payment issues.

  • Process GSA (Government Sales Account) orders, schedule GSA inspections, coordinate all follow-up on shipment of orders, and enter shipping information into WAF, the GSA system.

  • Create quotes for customers on pricing and delivery of new machines.

  • Assist customers with technical questions on products.

  • Partner with Credit and Account Managers to submit/process deal sheets.

  • Provide support on the commercial side of the business with quote and order entry availabilities.

  • Assist and help oversee the Inside Sales team with customer-related issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 4 plus years experience in a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's Degree

  • Heavy equipment industry experience

  • Prior experience with pricing and/or quoting customer orders
