How you will make contributions that matter

Join our passionate, friendly and successful team in Rochester, VIC as a Senior Retail Sales Assistant. Support and assist our local community with your knowledge and expertise of our store's products and services. Your new role will see you join a small team on site but over 3,000 across Australia.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the store's customer base

• Providing support and leadership to a small, close-knit and dedicated team

• Point of sale (POS) general daily transactions

• Store setup and merchandising, including stocktaking and ordering of products

• Some lifting may be required at times

About you

You will have:

• A customer focused attitude

• Experience gained in a retail environment

• Agricultural knowledge

• A commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to understand customer needs

• A forklift licence, or the willingness to obtain one

• Team player and able to work cohesively in a small team
