The main objective of this position is to assist with participant acquisition, rollover-in assets for both new and existing plans as well as sales of GuideStone's retail products. Position will support the work of the department by providing strategies and services in a manner that increases the perceived value of GuideStone as the premier provider of financial strategies to those we serve.

What you will do:

  • Facilitate client acquisition and rollovers/transfers for new and existing GuideStone clients

  • Work directly with new and existing clients to secure rollovers/transfers and retail assets, maximizing the participant experience.

  • Assist participants through the roll-in process by obtaining authorization on rollover paperwork, contacting plan providers and administrators or working directly with financial intermediaries.

  • Facilitate enrollments and other product/account onboarding as needed.

  • Support Personal Advisors and Advisors in the consolidation of assets.

  • Prioritize and track workflow and monitor results, assisting with reporting and analysis as needed.

  • Build strong product knowledge of GuideStone retirement and investment products.

  • Actively and clearly communicate with all clients and constituents, effectively utilizing CRM to document client interactions.

  • Handle customer inquiries and problems, working to resolve issues in a way that strengthens the relationship.

  • Occasionally participate in face-to-face or web meetings to assist the onboarding of a large new institutional client or at offsite seminars, meetings or conventions.

  • As needed help with scheduling and administrative tasks within the department.

  • Deliver superior customer service both to our external clients as well as to the Personal Advisors, Advisors, and Relationship Managers in support of rollovers, enrollments, retail sales, and advice appointments.

  • Must meet and maintain established performance standards.

  • Assist Personal Financial Advisors and Advisors as needed to resolve problems with client accounts or to update account or contact maintenance items in CRM.

  • Participate in and comply with all required firm and regulatory elements of the firm's continuing education plan including the annual compliance meeting.

  • Stay up to date on industry issues and use that information to serve clients.

  • Effectively create and manage customer contacts through the use of the CRM system, ensuring that all current and future opportunities are documented and followed up on appropriately.

  • Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned; other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or equivalent work experience.

  • Travel up to 10% annually, as needed, in order to support large institutional conversions.

  • Proficient PC skills in MS Office and applicable GuideStone system applications.

  • Strong sales, relationship management and effective listening skills with ability to identify client needs and match delivery services to perceived client value.

  • Experience with the rollover process preferred. One or two years in a call intensive environment is preferred.

  • Preferred track record of success in mutual fund sales/service as well as knowledge of procedures, policies, and regulations surrounding the sale of securities preferred.

  • Excellent communication and phone speaking skills. Basic knowledge of defined contribution plans a plus, including documentation required.

  • Stay current on new retirement and retail investment products, as well as GuideStone products, publications and services.

  • Must be highly skilled in personal relationship building in order to foster and build a strong trust relationship between GuideStone and all clients and prospects.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high levels of stress in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Personal attributes should include organizational skills, enthusiasm, flexibility and self-motivation with a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters.

  • Ability to keep CRM input update to date and utilize reporting functionality.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * Research, design, and plan prevention, control, and remediation of environmental hazards. * Utilize technical knowledge and engineering principles to ensure that environmental programs comply with applicable federal, state, and local government laws. * Conduct environmental and safety assignments for the Corporate EHS/Environmental Department. Coordinate environmental programs and provide environmental engineering assistance to business units. * Provide technical support for environmental remediation, including remediation system design or determination of regulatory applicability. * Advise management of environmental issues and activities necessary to ensure compliance. * Propose environmental policies, programs and initiatives and design engineering processes to support these policies. * Represent the company to governmental agencies, the public, and trade/professional associations. Ensure environmental considerations are factored into corporate planning and capital budget. * Track environmental performance measures and recommend parameters. * Prepare and update environmental investigation and recommendation reports for management review. * Prepare comments on proposed environmental regulations and maintain involvement with trade associates as appropriate. * Assist business units with air permit applications and supporting documentation. Participate in third party compliance audits of company's facilities. * Provide oversight to Company's compliance with EPA fuel regulations. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 9 am – 5 pm. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, plus seven (7) years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience leading environmental engineering projects. In the alternative, will accept a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience leading environmental engineering projects. Of the required experience, must have five (5) years of experience in each of the following (which may be gained concurrently): * Providing analyses of proposed and final air, TSCA, and EPCRA regulations that impact operations and compliance status; * Performing emissions calculations with understanding of oil and gas industry processing programs; * Utilizing advanced knowledge of the oil and gas industry in order to develop mechanical flow sheets, chemical phase separations, and reactions; * Conducting complex mathematical analyses in order to propose environmental policies and initiatives; * Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time to HollyFrontier refinery locations, asphalt & trucking locations, and partner sites in order to provide guidance regarding meeting environmental guidelines and protocols.
