As Senior Revenue & Receivables Managment Analyst within our Cash Application Team, you'll secure invoice booking & revenue recognition, perform AR monthly closing and reporting services to the in-scope activities (for any transitioning activity) within SBS perimeter as per their respective Service Level Agreements.

Main responsibilities:

• Secure invoice booking & revenue recognition, perform AR monthly closing and reporting services to the in-scope activities (for any transitioning activity) within SBS perimeter as per their respective Service Level Agreements

• Monitor SD/FI interface and ensure invoices are booked correctly

• Generate & book non-Trade invoices

• Ensure revenue recognition (Trade & non-Trade) and related accounting accruals

• Analyze AR ageing reports, recommend bad debts reserves and post entries

• Participate in month end closure activities: reconcile AR postings with GL, analyze & resolve discrepancies, post adjustment entries

• Prepare month end and ad-hoc reports for revenue and AR analysis

• Contribute to periodic reviews and definition of revenue recognition accounting scheme

About you

• Experience: Previous experience working with Order to Cash

• Soft and technical skills: Team player, Continuous improvement skills, stakeholder management and assertive communication. SAP and Power BI experience are a plus.

• Languages: Advance in English (essential), Knowledge of Portuguese (desired)
