ABOUT THE JOB
OneStream is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Enablement Specialist, with a solid enterprise technology sales or solution consulting (pre sales) background to join our team. In this role, you will enable the sales organization and work cross-functionally to support new product launches, business acumen, and sales skills / process best practices. This specialist plays an instrumental role in the execution of several global Revenue Enablement programs that will have direct impact on the sales team's success.
In this role you will spearhead initiatives to optimize our sales execution, leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and ensure alignment with our sales, product, and marketing strategies. Through your leadership and strategic guidance, you will empower our sales teams to achieve exceptional results and elevate OneStream's position in the market segment.
The ideal candidate has solid experience demonstrating or selling enterprise software solutions and can use that knowledge to help translate business needs into scalable and impactful enablement training. This candidate will ultimately be responsible to deliver behavioral outcome-based sales and leadership programs that help achieve OneStream goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver world class revenue enablement programs and drive high engagement through influence and reinforcement.
Engage with OneStream CRO team leadership to monitor and improve the effectiveness of revenue enablement programs.
Assist in the design, build and execution of the annual sales kickoff and sales halftime events.
Collaborate with sales leadership to establish a structured coaching environment.
Spearheads enablement for product launches by preparing and enabling the OS sellers and partners to understand and sell our solutions.
Gather feedback on a regular basis to constantly improve enablement programs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of enablement programs, leveraging Sales, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Partner Alliance team members.
Manage multiple, simultaneous communication streams for various training classes, enablement programs, and miscellaneous initiatives.
Works closely with the Instructional Design team to analyze program results and make enhancement recommendations.
QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Formal Education and Certification
Knowledge and Experience
Corporate Performance Management or Enterprise Resource Planning experience (either in sales, presales or enablement).
5+ years pre-sales or direct sales experience, enterprise software industry.
5+ years of relevant training or enablement experience.
SaaS: Strong knowledge of SaaS sales cycles, sales process, and methodologies.
Knowledge of Salesforce.
Prior quota carrying experience a plus.

Sales Skills: Advanced knowledge of negotiation, and complex and consultative sales skills.
Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
