You will work closely with a cross-functional team of passionate designers, product managers, engineers and data scientists with opportunities to impact our strategic direction.
Design and execute research studies into user behavior, sentiment and attitudes.
Conduct research using a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methods such as surveys, behavior data mining, interviews, and diary studies.
Collaborate with product teams and other researchers to identify and prioritize high impact research questions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to infuse the product with research findings and ideate on new opportunities.
2+ years of relevant industry experience conducting research in applied product research
Strong experience in survey methodology and response effects
Experience working with large-scale data sets in research studies
Experience using R, SQL, or SPSS
Proficiency in a qualitative research method such as interviews, focus groups, field studies or usability.
Master's or PhD in a human behavior related field preferred (ex. Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Science, Economics, Sociology, Political Science)
