Senior Research Services Analyst - Washington, D.C.Top-rated law firm is seeking a Senior Research Services Analyst for its Washington, DC office. The Senior Research Services Analyst works independently as a member of a firm wide research team that responds to requests from attorneys, paralegals and staff, to perform wide-ranging research on legal and business issues necessary for client legal services, business development, and Firm administration. Senior Research Services Analysts are responsible for all aspects of analyzing the research request, identifying the best sources of information, conducting the research, and reporting the results of research projects. This role also provides reference services and training in the use of information resources to partners and employees of the Firm.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of research experience in assigned or related field; strong analytical and research skills, and extensive knowledge of a variety of legal and business electronic resources.Master of Library Science or JD degree required.

Based on interview feedback and business need, your primary responsibilities will fall into either the Client Service or Sales Support category as listed below. This position is based in Washington, D.C. and is part of the Advisory Board, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. Primary Responsibilities: Client Service * Coordinate exceptional client interactions and meetings in support of senior client service leaders * Serve as the first point of contact for client requests and respond to inquiries in timely and efficient manner. Examples of requests include setting up client trainings on resources available through portfolio, providing access to research publications and website, and facilitating introductions to research staff * Ensure a seamless new client onboarding process * Produce detailed reports analyzing client utilization of products and services Sales Support * Utilize cross-department relationships, research content, and market feedback to identify potential clients and develop an outreach strategy * Follow up with and engage prospective clients by phone and email * Schedule in-person and virtual interactions between health care executives and our senior sales executives. Weekly and monthly sales goals are based on the number of interactions scheduled and the amount of sales pipeline they generate. * Track efficacy of marketing/sales strategies and make recommendations for adjustment * Maintain Salesforce data integrity to track key performance metrics and client interactions You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
