HealthCore, Inc., a health services research firm, is seeking a Senior Research Project Manager or Research Project Manager, Research Operations, to join our dynamic company in our Andover, MA or Wilmington, DE office. Senior Research Project Manager

Location: Wilmington, DE, Watertown, MA or Remote

The Senior Research Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing operational aspects of a research project, utilizing the Enterprise Resource Planning system, which may encompass a single complex program or multiple studies/protocols/projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Develops and monitors project timelines and project budget.

  • Assign resources and oversee completion of tasks.

  • Facilitates team coordination and lead project team meetings.

  • Obtains and negotiates contracts with vendors.

  • Assists in protocol development and case report forms.

  • Performs site visits as needed.

  • Writes policies and procedures that are SOP compliant and manages development of manual of operations.

  • Performs study drug management and tracking (if required), patient recruitment and retention, as well as interface with multiple contractors, contracts and vendors.

  • Provides oversight of periodic reporting to regulatory agencies and sponsors.

This position will require experience with larger, more complex studies and the ability to creatively and proactively mitigate risks to study conduct. Senior PMs will also participate in proposal development and the submission of bids to clients and/or government entities. The position may participate in client meetings and bid defense meetings. It is expected that this position will mentor junior project management staff.

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field; minimum of 8-10 years clinical research experience or MS/MPH with 6 - 8 years clinical research experience, which at least 4 or more years are spent leading and directing project tasks, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly recommended.

  • Must have high level of working knowledge of GCP, ICH and FDA regulations.

  • Experience developing and managing the budgets and resources of a project.

  • Experience with health plan administrative databases (pharmacy and medical claims) preferred.

VIEW JOBS 7/11/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-10-09T00:00 The Sales Professional will lead territory base business and growth by promoting, selling, and supporting a Circassia Respiratory pharmaceutical product specifically across the Respiratory Specialty and Primary Care Physician (PCP) space. This person will be tasked with successfully partnering cross-functionally with internal business partners in order to drive growth with current customers/accounts as well as develop new business with customers/accounts of high potential within the outlined geography. The Sales Professional will report to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and be accountable for the achievement of commercial objectives in the assigned territory in alignment with Circassia's sales goals and business objectives.
