The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Protein Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with 2+ years of research experience preferably in an industrial setting. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform protein conjugation to support discovery and pipeline programs. While experience in protein conjugation is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong foundation in working with proteins.

Responsiblities:

  • Perform conjugation of proteins following established protocols and procedures.

  • Conduct protein purification utilizing various chromatographic techniques.

  • Perform analytical characterization of proteins and bioconjugates.

  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations.

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols in the laboratory environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2+ years of research experience. Experience in the industry is preferred.

  • Degree in Biochemistry or related discipline.

  • Strong understanding of protein chemistry and bioconjugation techniques.

  • Experience with protein conjugation and/or purification.

  • Some experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, CE-SDS or mass spectrometry is desired but not required.

  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to assist team members when needed.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
