Senior Research Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Zeno Group is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to work on the Integrated Analytics group within the Strategy + Planning team. The ideal candidate has a passion for building digital infrastructure, automating repetitive tasks, implementing system integrations and data architecture solutions, and constantly building efficiencies in a team's workflow. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acquire and impart knowledge of emerging technologies.

• Advance Zeno Group's technical architecture, design and develop new products, as well as research and evaluate new technical solutions.

• Develop, construct, validate, and implement adaptable systems capable of managing substantial data volumes efficiently.

• Developing powerful tools to increase automation and optimization and creating new technical and data capabilities to market to Zeno clients.

• Evaluation / optimization / innovation of integrated research and measurement statistical modeling / statistical infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date. Candidates may request accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable law.

• 3-4 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to design and develop web-based Business Intelligence (BI) products with a focus on user experience.

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.

• Familiarity with front-end web technologies such as Gatsby Cloud, React, Next.js, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Hands-on experience with API implementation (REST API/GraphQL API) and end-to-end data pipeline development.

• Knowledgeable in architecture building and working with social media data, and ability to automate tasks using Python.

• Proficiency in Git for version control.

• Proficient working experience in data collection (e.g., API, web scraping), data processing, data modeling, data integration (e.g., end-to-end ETL pipelines), and database / data warehouse management (e.g., with Databricks / Snowflake)

• Skilled in data querying and programming with SQL and Python, working experience with automating data processing tasks with Python or Excel VBA

• Understanding of responsive design and current trends.

$69,000 - $112,000 a year

Pay range: $69,000 to $112,000/year USD.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
